Green Belt training can be done in a classroom setting or online. It may take four to five days. Six Sigma Green Belt certification training includes four to five days of classroom training. 6 Sigma Green Belt personnel will be able to define their projects before the Green Belt certification training. They will also be able to attend training with their Green Belts and help them with their projects once they have completed the training.
